Our casual fine dining menu has been carefully curated by our uber talented Chefs, who will take you on a culinary journey through the finest seasonal ingredients and local produce to create modern Irish contemporary dishes. Our innovative dishes and natural creative flair often feature fresh fish caught on one of our lakes as well as venison from the land. We are proud to say that most of the products used in our kitchen is organic and each item has been carefully researched and sourced with sustainability at the forefront. We never use additives or preservatives in any of our cuisine.
**Please Note the following**
- Due to the remote nature of the restaurant, it is essential that you inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance of your arrival as we may not be able to cater for them at short notice.
- We advise booking dinner as early as possible as we only sit 6 people in the restaurant every half hour and time slots fill up quickly.
- Dinner reservations are taken every half hour between 6.30PM – 8.00PM.
- Please be aware that if you have reserved a bed and breakfast or room only rate, then we will hold a table for you in the restaurant up to a week prior your arrival date. If you have not contacted us to reserve a table at this point we will then release it to non-residents.
- Lunch is served between and 1 and 3 from Wednesday until Saturday
- Sunday we serve a Sunday Lunch menu between 12.30 and 3
- Monday and Tuesday we offer Soup and Sandwiches for Lunch
- Dinner is served from 6.30 to 8 and we welcome non residents to enjoy dinner with us
- We now offer a private dining room that guests can book if they wish
