Our menu, featuring fine yet relaxed dining, has been crafted with meticulous attention to detail by our highly talented chefs. They take you on a culinary journey through the finest seasonal ingredients and regional produce, transforming them into modern Irish dishes. Our innovative creations—driven by natural creativity—often feature freshly caught fish from our lakes and locally sourced game. We take pride in the fact that the majority of our kitchen’s produce is organic; every single item has been carefully researched and selected with the highest sustainability standards in mind. We use absolutely no additives or preservatives in any of our dishes.

**Please note the following:**

• Due to the restaurant’s remote location, it is essential that you inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements prior to your arrival, as we may not be able to accommodate them on short notice.
• We recommend booking your dinner as early as possible, as we seat only six guests every half hour and tables fill up quickly.
• Table reservations are accepted at half-hour intervals between 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM.
• Please note: If you have booked a bed-and-breakfast or room-only stay, we will hold a table reservation for you until one week prior to your arrival. If you have not booked a table by that time, we will release it to non-resident guests.
• Lunch is served from Wednesday to Saturday between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
• On Sundays, we serve a Sunday lunch menu between 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM.
• On Mondays and Tuesdays, we offer soup and filled rolls for lunch. Dinner is served from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and non-hotel guests are also warmly invited to dine with us.
• We now offer a private dining room that guests can reserve upon request.
